Mike Iodice
Michel (Mike) Iodice is a Veteran Keyboardist who has been performing in the New England area since the 70’s. Over the last 50 years, Mike has performed with over 20 bands and has recorded keyboard and vocal parts on many pop and R and B recordings. Mike is also proficient on Drums, Electronic percussion, Guitar, and Bass guitar.
Mike uses Yamaha, NORD, Moog and many vintage keyboards including Hohner Clavinet, Fender Rhodes, ARP Synthesizers, Prophet and Oberheim Synthesizers to name a few.
Aside from performing with “Common Thread”, Mike works at Berklee College of Music's Musical Instrument Service Center and is responsible for repairing both professional Musicians and College facility Equipment.

Hannah Marks
A lifelong music lover and singer, Hannah grew up doing school and local children’s theater in New Hampshire. After completing a Bachelor of Music at New York University, she spent a number of years in New York and Southern California before returning to her home state in 2023.
When she isn’t singing, Hannah spends her time working as a Marketing Director, knitting socks, and voicing several characters on the Green Valley Radio podcast network.

Roger Soulard
After decades of "playing around" with a guitar, Roger has spent the past couple of years playing seriously. Once Mike and Hannah came into his musical life, things clicked and Common Thread was formed. He plays primarily rhythm guitar but is expanding to lead.
As a left-handed guitar player, Roger uses a Takamine Legacy Acoustic-Electric, a Martin Acoustic-Electric and an Epiphone Les Paul Electric.
Roger is a retired Engineer and is enjoying retirement by not only playing with the trio but spending time with his beautiful wife, children and grandchildren.
